Pack your bike without removing the handlebars

Today’s bikes are more integrated and technically complex than ever. Packing one for travel can feel as though you need to be a professional mechanic before you can even leave home.

That is where the Shokbox® Pro comes in. It allows more riders to travel confidently with their own bike, without dismantling the cockpit or interfering with their carefully set riding position.

Remove the wheels and pedals, wrap the frame in the supplied Shokbox® Ride Rug, pack each wheel separately inside its padded wheel bag, then lock up and go. Packing is simpler, reassembly is quicker and you arrive ride ready.

Whether the seatpost can remain fitted depends on the bike’s frame size, geometry and saddle height.

02 / Protection

Engineered protection for travelling with your bike

The Shokbox® Pro uses a layered protection system to help protect your bike from impacts, compression and unwanted movement during transit. A durable HDPE shell forms the first line of defence, while two integrated anti-crush beams help the case resist external compression. Inside, full foam lining adds cushioning and separation.

The supplied Ride Rug wraps and cushions the frame, attaching to dedicated internal fixing points without strapping the bike tightly against the outer shell. Both wheels travel separately inside padded wheel bags, helping prevent contact with the frame.

Designed for modern performance bikes

The Shokbox® Pro is designed for contemporary road, gravel and triathlon/time-trial bikes, including integrated cockpits, disc brakes, deep-section wheels, electronic or mechanical groupsets and modern frame geometries.

04 / Move

Easy to move, even when you are travelling with more

Travelling with your bike rarely means travelling with only your bike. There is usually other luggage, hand baggage and travel equipment to manage at the same time.

That is why the Shokbox® Pro uses four premium multidirectional caster wheels. They allow the case to glide smoothly in any direction through airports, railway stations, hotels and car parks, often with no more than the palm of your hand.

Large, strategically positioned handles provide practical lifting and pulling points when loading or collecting the case. Four recessed TSA-recognised combination latches (opens in a new tab) secure it without the need for separate padlocks.

Arrive ride ready

Whether you are travelling for a cycling holiday, race, triathlon, training camp or international event, the Shokbox® Pro reduces the work involved in transporting and rebuilding your bike. Shokbox® Pro combines a durable HDPE outer shell with two integrated anti-crush beams and a fully foam-lined interior. Inside, the supplied Ride Rug wraps around and cushions the bike frame, while the padded wheel bags protect and separate the wheels. Together, these layers help absorb and manage impacts while preventing contact between the bike, wheels and outer shell.

The bike is wrapped and protected inside the supplied Ride Rug. The Ride Rug is attached to the case using dedicated internal fixing points, so the bike is securely positioned inside the case without being strapped tightly against the outer shell. This helps prevent impacts experienced by the shell from being transmitted directly into the bike’s frame or wheels.
